Retainer

The most popular package

  • Retain my services for a set number of hours per month of your choice, for a minimum of one month.

  • Guarantee my time and prioritisation, so you have peace of mind that your tasks will be covered.

  • Some clients choose to book certain times weekly, or some prefer to send over work as and when - this is a flexible package built all around your needs. 

  • Create a bespoke retainer package flexible to you. I'm able to work at set times based on your needs if required. 

Ad-hoc

  • Ideal for clients requiring flexible support or who are unsure of how many hours they need 

 

This package includes an up-front three hour deposit, which if not utilised can be refunded at the end of the month, or carried over to the next.

Projects

  • I also offer tailored projects for clients who need one-off support on a larger task. 

  • This provides great flexibility for clients who don't want to commit long-term, but need an extra pair of hands to get a project over the line. 

  • Some recent project examples include moving cases from one case management software to another, and creating CRM boards via Monday.com that the client can now manage themselves. 

  • I understand that each project is unique, which is why my one-off packages are priced individually to suit your specific requirements. Your fee will be fixed, so you know there will be no surprises.
